Project Summary
Robinson was contracted for the design and construction of a 71,250 sq ft preengineered metal building with an interior process mezzanine for equipment access and support of the trolley system, a new boiler building, and installation of process equipment.
The Phase 4 Chroming Project required extensive ventilation, thousands of feet of process piping, boiler and chiller installation, concrete foundations, structural steel erection, and miscellaneous architectural finishes on the interior. Robinson provided the design and construction and self-performed approximately 80% of the craft labor on the project.
